ABWA Women of Wisdom
Our local chapter serves Cuyahoga/Summit County in
Northeast Ohio. Our local ABWA group was first established in 2006 under
the direction of Tracy Drogalus and Lucille Wingard.
With the loss of her job and in the middle of her
MBA, Tracy Drogalus went in search of a networking organization in the eastern
suburbs of Cleveland that was nurturing, warm and professional. Remembering
her time with the Westside women’s organization, ABWA Women With Vision,
Ms. Drogalus recruited the expertise of Lucille Wingard who herself launched
the ABWA group three years prior.
